Isotope tracing research refers to the use of isotopically labeled drugs to study their absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) in the human body. The isotope tracing clinical research platform at GoBroad Clinical Research Center was personally designed and constructed by Professor Jiang Ji, a pioneer and promoter of isotope tracing clinical research in China. It covers areas such as (14)C&(3)H-labeled small molecule innovative drug absolute bioavailability, mass balance, biotransformation research, and innovative drug in vivo tissue distribution research based on isotope tracing/molecular imaging technology.

Core members of the team have participated in the research of the national key science and technology project "Construction of Isotope Tracing Technology Platform for Clinical Evaluation of Innovative Drugs." They possess cutting-edge theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the field of isotope tracing research. The implementation of the platform project will provide crucial support and services for the increasing demands of domestic and international research institutions and pharmaceutical companies in the development of innovative drugs. It aims to address technological bottlenecks in the clinical evaluation of innovative drugs, enhance the accuracy of clinical evaluation in areas such as oncology, cardiovascular, and the nervous system, shorten the clinical development cycle, increase the success rate of research and development, and expedite the market launch of new drugs.
